This is my uncensored personal story on how to reduce tummy fat. I will go through my ups and downs, the stuff that didn’t worked and finally the one thing that did helped me to reduce my tummy.

If at the time I could’ve looked into the future, I never would’ve thought in a million years that I would ever find the solution to my belly fat problem. Let me tell you about the person I was before I lost weight and in particular before I found the solution to reduce my tummy.
growing up as a teenager I used to be overweight and very insecure. While all my friends went on partying and had a good time, I stayed at home because I was very insecure and self-conscious. Until the age of twenty-five I even never had a girlfriend. This bothered me very… VERY MUCH! It’s safe to say that this was really one of the worst periods in my life. I think many people who are visiting this website, can relate to my story in some kind of way. We all want to know how to reduce tummy fat permanently.
During this period I tried many different diets and products, which all promised results that seemed to good to be true. But I was so desperate in wanting to reduce my tummy that I ended up buying a lot of them. As you may expect, none of these diets and weight loss products gave me the results I wanted. Okay, to be totally honest with you, I reduced my tummy fat with some of these products/diets but I never seemed to permanently keep the belly fat from coming back. Let me give you some insight on what I tried: (extreme) diets, many different tummy exercises, going to the gym, a lot of weight loss products. Heck, I even entertained the thought of having a gastric bypass surgery! At this point I was getting really frustrated because I still didn’t had a clue on how to reduce tummy fat and also being a student back then (Now I’m a physician), I lost a lot of my hard earned money to these kind of quick solutions.

These quick solutions didn’t work for me in the long run.
One day I decided that I just had to accept the fact that I would stay a obese person for the rest of my life and give up my attempts to reduce my tummy. Luckily, a close friend of mine, who always supported me in my ongoing battle to reduce my belly, heard about a product called ‘The Truth About Six Pack Abs’ by Mike Geary. He told me about it and to be honest, the only thing I thought was “yeah right this is just another of those lose weight and get a six pack abs scam”. But it wasn’t! After achieving these great results, I went on being really emotional. I just kept thinking that these results were going to be temporary. Luckily they were not. I was blown away by the results, I couldn’t believe that I lost 10 inches and 15 kilo’s after just two months, by only doing tummy exercises three times a week. And the best part is that until this day, these results are permanent and work for both men and women.
Although Mike Geary’s ‘Truth About Six Pack Abs’, did wonders for me, it’s not all milk and honey. In order for you to reduce your tummy, you really got to be motivated. It isn’t a magic pill, it will only work if you fully commit to it. I know this is a minor flaw but I thought it was worth to mention.
